Economic-inclusion-&-finance

ADAMS has been working for the underserved, marginalized, or low-income populations to provide equal access to economic opportunities, including jobs, financial services, and entrepreneurship. Over the year, ADAMS is bringing underserved populations into the formal economy, reduces poverty, empowers women and drives economic growth through affordable, secure, and sustainable financial products—such as transactions, savings, credit, and insurance—to meet their needs. ADAMS organizes self-help groups among its beneficiaries for their income generation, capacity building and empowerment. In this regard – ADAMS provides capital support to undertaking small initiatives by the beneficiaries. This is a proven track for poverty reduction and bargain power development of destitute poor people. ADAMS started Micro Credit program in 1994 among the target beneficiaries to bring financial empowerment and sustainable livelihood. ADAMS was registered under the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA). Under micro-credit program 21796 beneficiaries were received financial support to involve with income generating activities. This support extends both in rural and urban areas.
