Bangladesh has been facing a significant unemployment challenge, particularly among uneducated and unskilled youth, driven by a mismatch between skills and job market needs, poverty, social issues, and migration etc. ADAMS started the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program realizing the needs of the unemployed youths of Bangladesh. It is believed that skills training can be a reliable way to create jobs and harness human capital. ADAMS has established two training institutes

i). ADAMS Integrated Training Center (AITC): Technical Training Center - affiliated by NSDA, BTEB in Bagerhat)

AITC offer short courses on Automobile, Welding, Electrical, Tailoring & Sewing, Block-batik & Embroidery and Computer Office Management.

ii). ADAMS Integrated Training Institute (AITI): (Technical Training Center - affiliated by NSDA, BTEB in Khulna) AITI offers short courses on major 9 trades are like Automobile, Welding Fabrication, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Electronics, Mobile Servicing, Primary Nursing, Tailoring & Sewing, Block- batik & Embroidery and Computer Office Management. In addition, the Non-Formal Education Program is one of the priority programs of ADAMS intervention. Believing that education is one of the most important building blocks for developing the nation. Considering the importance, ADAMS has given emphasis and implemented education programs in urban and rural areas from its inception. The non-formal education program is one of the approaches especially in the pre-primary education sector which has gained a remarkable achievement during the last 2 decades. ADAMS has been running 40 pre-schools in urban and rural areas.
